Refund and Returns Policy

ArtsToBe – Refund & Return Policy

Effective Date: October 1, 2025

1. Digital Downloads Only

All products sold on ArtsToBe are digital downloads. Files are delivered instantly after payment. Digital downloads are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable,Cancellation under any circumstances.

2. Technical Support

If you experience difficulties accessing your purchased file, contact us within 48 hours at support@artstobe.com. We will provide a replacement file of same item you ordered or guidance if delivery fails due to technical issues on our side. Note: This is technical support only and does not constitute a refund.

3. Payment Errors-Digital Download

Refunds will be considered only in cases of duplicate or incorrect charges. Once order there is no refund or exchange payment or cancellation of payments. Verified refunds will be credited to the original payment method once it’s verified by Aristotle team as per policy.

4. International Buyers

(For
Physical
Product only) Buyers outside India are responsible for any customs, import duties, or local taxes. Refusal to pay such charges may result in non-delivery; ArtsToBe is not liable.

5. Governing Law

This policy is governed by Indian law. Any disputes arising under this policy are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Vadodara, Gujarat.

6. Physical Product Returns only  

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from purchase. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the condition received.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
  • Gift cards, downloadable software, some health and personal care items
7. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds -(Physical products only)may be granted for items that are:

  • Used or damaged
  • Not in original condition
  • Returned after 30 days
8. Refunds-Physical products

Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a few days.

9. Late or Missing Refunds-
Physical items only

If you haven’t received a refund, check your bank and credit card accounts first. Then contact your bank. If still missing, contact us at support@artstobe.com.

10. Sale Items-
Physical items only

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not eligible.

11. Exchanges-
Physical items only

We replace items only if defective or damaged. To exchange, email us at support@artstobe.com and send the item to the provided physical address.

12. Gifts-
Physical items only

If the item was a gift shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. If not, the refund will go to the gift giver.

13. Shipping Returns-
Physical items only

Return items to the specified physical address. Buyers are responsible for shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable and deducted from refunds. Consider trackable shipping or insurance for expensive items.
